What is your Web site about?

Our Web site sinus-wellness provides quality information on various sinus-related issues. My visitors are searching for relief; they have been disappointed too many times by "cheap" remedies that promise results but never deliver any. The ultimate goal of the Web site is to introduce my visitors to a unique range of proprietary products, which work at a cellular level to prevent the root cause of their problems rather than simply addressing the symptoms.

Tell me, what results are you getting?

Traffic to the site is increasing daily. For example, in the past 10 weeks, unique visitors increased from 30-40 per day to 100-146 per day. But here's where it gets even more exciting...

Conversion rates for my free e-book and wellness course have also shown a rapid increase. For a young site such as mine to have a conversion rate as high as 6 - 7 % (and climbing), this is nothing short of phenomenal!

My original objective to create new leads is already happening. By providing the information and solutions my visitors want, I'm developing trust and a working relationship that will enable me to achieve my various business goals.

I followed a recommendation by Ann Sieg to make use of SiteSell's Web-building services and have never looked back. Ken Evoy's commitment to service excellence is remarkable and is much appreciated.

Initially, I thought I was a do-it-yourselfer, but I realized that I was too anxious to get my e-business off the ground. Whilst I found the SBI! Action Guide very thorough, I didn't have time to study it properly.

As a result, I encountered various challenges when I was doing the process and that slowed down my progress. I decided to make use of an experienced SiteSell Services Specialist to ensure that everything was done correctly and faster than I could do it. Erik De Beir (from Belgium) not only constructed pages for me but he also provided all my keyword-focused content. It was written in a simple yet pleasant tone, making it easy for my visitors to understand my site's information. They didn't need to be doctors!

What long term growth plans do you have with your site?

The site currently offers a free e-book to those wishing to take the first step to total sinus wellness. However, I'm planning to add a new income stream very shortly. I will be selling a paid e-book that discusses the exact link between eight monosaccharides (sugars) and dramatic sinus health. Even though the 40 pages of content were written by a micro-biologist, it too will use an easy-to-read style, just like my site does.

Future monetization plans include licensing the book's content to affiliates and offering a step by step coaching service for those who wish to achieve maximal holistic sinus health in a short period of time.

I realized as well that other people may be interested in the business potential of my ideas so I'm in the process of creating various business packages that will appeal to small start-ups and those with access to more capital.

On top of all that, I plan to provide business coaching and mentoring services (some free, some paid) to those who would love to start their own business but feel that they lack the skill-set to make a success of it.

Because SiteSell Services created such a strong base for my e-business, I can confidently and progressively introduce new income streams as the site develops.

Andy, what is your Web site about?

My Web site is about addiction, specifically alcoholism. It's alcoholism-solutions.com.

Supporters and loved ones of alcoholics (and indeed alcoholics themselves) are often unsure where they can find information, written in plain English, about this addiction.

Information on its progression and how loved ones can protect themselves from the effects of someone else’s drinking problem wasn’t easy to find when my partner Janet was in this position. I became sober almost 9 years ago after trying to stop drinking many times. I finally realized that I had to not only change my habits but also my thinking.

My partner had searched in vain for a solution to my problem until she came across Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). Not only did I recover using the NLP training and techniques, but my life, and as a consequence Janet’s, became much fuller and more wonderful than either of us could have dared hope for.

If not treated, alcoholism is a progressive, degenerative, and in a lot of cases, ultimately fatal condition. It knows no social boundaries or class distinctions. The pages of my Web site are designed to give a better understanding of what alcoholism is whilst dispelling some of the more widely held, and sometimes damaging, myths.

What results are you getting?

My Web site is a long term project that I am in no rush to monetize. I want to have enough quality content to raise my credibility level and make it easier for me to convert visitors.

This is also a part-time business for me currently as I don’t wish to see many clients whilst I am a full time caregiver for Janet.

Even with these self-imposed restrictions, I could fill up my personal diary very easily with the interest my site already receives. I get over 100 visitors per day now and this number has kept growing month on month during this first year. I now receive requests for information from contacts all over the world.

Why did you choose to use SiteSell Services rather than building your own Web site or using another Webmaster company?

The main reason I chose to use SiteSell Services rather than build my own Web site was time or more specifically, the lack of time. I had previously learned about the importance of Content-Traffic-PREsell-Monetize but never seemed to find the time to write more than about 5 pages over a 3 month period.

In the end, I had to accept that with my life style and commitments, I was just never going to get this project off the ground. SiteSell Services was my best option.

Based on all of the great lessons that the SBI! Action Guide and my Specialist taught me, I am now continually frustrated when I hear so-called ‘Web site experts’ telling companies how they’re going to add ‘flash’ and java, loads of swishy things floating into the home page as if by magic blah, blah... I have to be honest and let you know that I wasn’t sure at first that I had done the right thing by buying the SiteSell Services package. I still felt that maybe I should be creating the site on my own seeing that I had previously read and watched the Action Guide.

I needn’t have worried! I was lucky enough to have Marc de Jong as my Specialist and the guy was amazing. I’m sure all of the Specialists are but I can only speak about Marc as he’s helped me since the beginning of this project.

Marc would send each page to me so I could edit and add content as I felt necessary. Within days of this process starting, I started to relax a bit. I saw how Marc's help was going to free up some of my time for other important matters I had been putting off.

What long term growth plans do you have with your site?

My mid to long term goals for my site are to have my SiteSell consultant create a ‘shop’ page for me where I can sell the many ‘how to’ courses, ebooks, audio CD’s etc. I am currently creating.

I also intend to add more pages all by myself sometime soon. I feel confident that Marc (my SiteSell Services Specialist) will help me overcome any barriers I come across.

David, what is your Web site about?

Debt Collection Steps was conceived as a site for business owners, small, medium and large, to learn how to improve their accounts receivable, implement better internal debt collection procedures and in the end, increase the cash flow to their business.

By offering lots of free information (such as writing effective debt collection letters, how to better communicate with delinquent customers on the telephone, important federal and state laws and regulations governing debt collections, etc.) free e-courses, and specific information in various vertical markets, the Web site serves as a reference site where business owners can go to get relevant, valuable and free information.

What results are you getting?

For a relatively young site (less than one year old), I'm averaging 500-600 unique daily visitors. I'm also getting Page 1 rankings on Google, alongside much larger, more established companies for several very competitive keywords. In addition, because I offer a lot of free information to visitors, I'm averaging 3-5 requests for debt collection quotes per day!

Since I'm getting many offers for link exchanges too, as well as requests to advertise on my site, I am more selective in my follow-up actions. I tend to prefer complementary sites that I feel offer highly valuable resources to my site's visitors.

Can you tell me why you decided to use SiteSell Services to build your online business?

I don't remember how I discovered SiteSell, other than a general Google search for Web hosting. In spending several days pouring over the SiteSell site, including watching the videos over and over and over, I sensed something fundamentally different... and highly attractive, about their business model. I knew this was far more than just another Web hosting business.

I, like many others, have had the experience of being impressed by some Web "guru" spouting all sorts of fancy words and Web "mumbo jumbo geek speak!". At the end of the day, you pay dearly in monthly Web hosting fees, have a few pages parked on a server somewhere, and get zero to nil traffic to speak of!

Why did you choose to use SiteSell Services rather than building your own Web site or using another Webmaster company?

We previously had spent thousands of dollars having a Web site built that was nothing more than a brochure. They gladly took our money and did nothing else for us. The only way anyone landed on our Web site was because we sent them there. No one found us through a search.

We had been through a couple of Webmasters and I had almost given up on ever having a Web site. Then I was introduced to SBI!.

Again, while spending several days pouring over the various pages of SiteSell's site and video tutorials, it was reading the page where SiteSell proves the strength of their Web sites against all other sites on the Web that cinched it for me.

How has having a Web site helped your business to grow?

My business simply would not exist were it not for my SiteSell Web site.

Cold-calling is an inefficient use of your time, in my opinion. People love to buy, but nobody likes to be sold. People also buy on their timetables, not yours. So if you can build a business model around providing relevant, useful information, available when it's needed, you build better business relationships.

You're also not perceived as a pushy salesperson, begging for business. When business owners are ready to purchase your goods and/or services, your site will be there 24/7 to capture their information.

I don't want to spend time convincing business owners that they need my services. I only want to talk to people who need what I can offer. As a consultant, I can offer a range of options already mentioned on the Web site.

What long term growth plans do you have with your site?

My growth plans include writing lots more content. My goal is to have a 500+ page Web site on the subject of business debt collection and debt collection agencies. As my traffic continues to grow, I'll be looking to outsource some functions and better leverage my time.

I can honestly say that because of SiteSell, not only am I building a growing, solid business, I'm getting something else just as valuable to me: "time freedom"!

While I'm very busy these days writing content, articles, responding to C2 (Content 2.0 is another awesome service) submissions and quote requests, I'm also having a lot of fun seeing this business grow and take on a life of its own. With the old model of cold-calling and prospecting for clients, I would need to be exponentially busier (by orders of magnitude) to get the results I'm getting via the Web site. And, my Web site is less than a year old!

What is your Web site about?

Most women invest their time, money, and energy in how they look because it makes them feel good about themselves. The purpose of my Carol Thompson Beauty Secrets website is to simplify the process by identifying both clothing and makeup colors that enhance their individual beauty. The end result will be that they enjoy a quiet confidence that brings out the best in them. They learn how to shop more confidently and efficiently and ultimately save both time and money.

What results are you getting?

I like what I am seeing. Traffic is building just like they said it would. I can quickly see what pages are getting the most interest and I now have the ability to develop "my business around the traffic" not "the traffic around my business." This will help my offline retail store transition to an online store over the next few years.

Can you tell me why you decided to use SiteSell Services to build your online business?

I have a very entrepreneurial son who promoted SiteSell to me. He knew I had a website and some online business but he also knew I wanted to scale back the retail store operation. He had built his own site and realized that it was something his mother could do (even with her little to no computer/website) knowledge. He didn't want me to be at the mercy of any webmaster who could build and host a site but not really know my business like I know my business.

So I checked out my son's site and was very impressed that he had put his website together all by himself (not being a computer/website genius). He assured me it was something anyone could do and strongly advised me to convert the website I had to the SiteSell concept. I agreed that this was definitely something I had to do.

The first website I had was one of those "run of the mill" sites, which I have had for over ten years. Because I have a store front and there is always the possibility that my clients might move out of state, I needed a way for them to stay in touch and shop, of course. However, over the past five years new customer sales on my site did not increase much. I was merely getting refill orders from the clients that moved away.

I am very excited about the traffic I am getting to my color analysis pages. I started my business by doing color analysis, which requires the draping of fabric on a person to determine their best colors. It is a concept that has almost disappeared over time and I am using this website to re-educate women with my online self-diagnosis to help them determine their best colors. Not only will they look great but they save money.

My new customer sales have already increased for the fabric swatches and I expect to see similar increases in my cosmetic and skincare sales.

Lyn Huet is so good at what she does. She was and continues to be my mentor to get this site to be the best. Adding a store to the site was an all-consuming task since we were trying to duplicate a store already in existence and funnel its traffic to the new one. I am so very grateful to her and her dedication to my needs.

What long term growth plans do you have with your site?

My plan is to continue to build my site to incorporate all of the monetization techniques available. We are currently working on getting Content 2.0 up and running. I currently only sell in the U.S., but I would like to go international. I eventually envision having a very successful business without a brick and mortar location.
